My Green Awards was designed to seek out, select and promote organizations, individuals and businesses who provide products and information as it relates to the great outdoors and the environment.

With organic gardening gaining in popularity, it has never been easier to get outdoors and garden in your own raised garden bed. Maybe gardening isn't your thing- but relaxing out on a deck or in a hammock at the cottage, appeals to you.

Our goal is to provide you with the tools and resources to find, review and potentially purchase some of these fine products.

If the environment is important to you- we will indicate on this website if that particular organization(s) have spent the extra time and expense to go Green.

We know being environmentally friendly is very important and want to recommend these green conscious businesses. Without their dedication and desire, our planet would be worse off to say the least.
